To Activate Follow Me

Call/Dial the number *21

You will here the words "Follow Me Activated"

Once activated, calls will be initiated to the extension and to your registered follow me number

The First 7 seconds your Extension will ring, followed by your mobile number for up to a period of 20 seconds if not answered.

If you do no answer the call. callers will not be greeted with your Mobile Voicemail System.
This is a security feature to prevent unexpected exposure to the caller of your mobile number. Some Telephone Providers may announce the caller ID of your mobile during a voicemail message. This is undesirable by most clients, therefore the Calls are screened.

When you answer a Follow Me call, you will be greeted by a message "You have an incoming call, Press 1 to accept, 2 to decline or 3 to get the caller ID"

Press 1 to answer the call.

To Cancel Follow Me

Call/Dial *21 again

You will here the words "Follow Me Deactivated"
